Job description
Essential Functions:
- Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to:
- Drywall: Up to level 3 finish.
- Framing: Basic framing techniques, and knowledge able of framing of terminology.
- Flooring: Flooring repairs, base cove installation, and assists in larger flooring installations.
- Painting: Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.
- Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart/bag. Requests for and/or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary.
- Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required.
- Tracks assigned construction projects/tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards. Communicates progress to project manager and/or supervisor.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level.
- Minimum two (2) years of construction or related experience.
