Sargent is an earthwork construction company. We specialize in landfill, wind farm and airport construction projects. Due to growth & expansion, Sargent, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking experienced candidates for the following positions:

Construction Laborer - Min. 6 months to 1 Year of Experience

Resume required for foreman positions. Candidate must be willing to work in a laboring capacity on the ground and possibly on Heavy Equipment. Candidates experienced in earthwork and/or underground utility construction will be considered above those with no expereince. Excellent references required. Ideal candidate will have experience in site development, highway or mass grading. Candidate must follow Sargent safety policy and all OSHA and MSHA standards.

TRAVEL REQUIRED. All positions require flexible hours & travel. We have a policy in place to provide hotel rooms, per diem, and mileage. Our crews regularly work within 3.5 hours of Richmond, VA.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
