Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced rain gutter foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in rain gutter installation, repair, and maintenance, and a strong track record of supervising crews and completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a crew of rain gutter installers, ensuring that they complete their work efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and placement of rain gutters.
• Measure and cut materials to the appropriate lengths and angles for installation.
• Install rain gutters, downspouts, and other related components according to industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to assess the condition of existing rain gutters and determine the need for repairs or replacement.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards and take corrective action as necessary.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that they are in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours expended.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rain gutter installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of rain gutter installation techniques and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and prioritize tasks to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to identify and address potential hazards in a timely manner.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
