A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

As a Project Estimator, you use your organizational prowess to gather and coordinate bids and pricing for our owners to review. We could not accurately quote our remodel projects without you! Your understanding of hospitality renovations will aid you in this task.

You assist with the buyouts of our jobs during the negotiation of contracts. You are committed to finding the best deal on the bids we make. It is your job to help ensure our clients get quality and cost-effective results. As we complete projects all over the country, you get to take short trips to different states to attend pre-bid meetings. You take great pride in helping to ensure that each and every project is a success!

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of estimating experience
• Organizational skills

Experience in the construction industry would be a plus! Are you goal-oriented and highly organized? Do you take pride in your work? Are you a self-motivated problem solver? If yes, we want to meet you!

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR WORK SCHEDULE

This estimating position typically works Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. You would also enjoy the flexibility to work from home part of the time, as your schedule will vary with each project.
