EZ-CRETE, a Swanzey, NH based manufacturer of specialty precast concrete products, is currently looking to add two or more solid and reliable team members to our amazing crew of precasters. Learn the skills of becoming a concrete precaster and join a trade and career you can be proud of.

Job Description Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel forms for casting
• Mix, test and pour concrete
• Operate machinery including forklift and overhead crane
• Ability to perform basic carpentry/construction skills on regular basis
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
• Mechanical skills are a plus

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and understanding of measurements a plus
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs periodically throughout the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
