Croc Coatings in Post Falls, ID is looking to hire a Concrete Coatings Installer. We pay $22-35/hour and provide great benefits including Company-paid health insurance after qualification period (medical, dental, and vision) and Employer-matched 401(k).

Requirements

• Education: 4-year degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience can be substituted.
• Work experience: Construction management or sales experience
• Experience leading a fast-paced, growing business.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate has experience preparing concrete surfaces and applying coatings but it is not required. We are willing to train you if you bring a strong work ethic and a great attitude. The business requires operating large industrial grade surface preparation equipment, including planetary grinders, shot blasters, hand grinders and large industrial vacuums. Experience with various coatings is also beneficial, including epoxies, polyurea, polyaspartics and vinyl chip.

Duties will include Machine Operator, Driver, Floor Diamond Grinding, Painting. Experience desired but not required.
