Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program Supervisor
Job description
The CCS Supervisor provides programmatic and administrative supervision in the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program in compliance with Wisconsin Administrative code DHS 36. With the expanded growth in CCS additional supervision is needed to ensure quality and effective clinical practice.
- Provides administrative supervision of staff working in the CCS program.
- Selects, supervises, and evaluates assigned staff.
- Assigns work to Service facilitators
- Provides feedback and coaching to staff to promote quality, ethical, and comprehensive services to participants. Consults and problem solves challenging participant concerns
- Assist in the organization of the program and use QA tools to help organize the Comprehensive Community Services Program.
- Assist in preparing for annual (or bi-annual) State program certification.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or related field
- 5 years' experience working with individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health concerns
- Previous leadership experience
- Must have access to private transportation at all times for work related duties
- Certified Social Worker, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Appointment will be conditional upon successful completion of criminal and caregiver background check
