Community Manager | Global Gaming Studio | AAA FPS | Remote Options | $80,000 - $120,000 US

They are recognised for their highly innovative and engaging games across the industry. Traditionally known for mobile gaming, they have begun to branch into PC and Console, resulting in exponential growth across the world, but in particular their North American operations. The Role
The basis of this role is centred around the management of an entire Global Community of one of their latest game products. Grow and develop content and social media, building and maintaining relationships whilst doing so. Analyse and understand this exciting market while keeping track of budgets and timelines. Work directly with various different people and teams to ensure you meet your goals. Create a community around this FPS Game.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Global Community Team of their game product.
  • Develop overall social media marketing, player relations and original content strategy.
  • Track programs budgets and oversee the overall social media and original content budget.
  • Evaluate and lead innovation across platforms and channels, leveraging critical industry insights.
  • Oversee channel prioritization, PDCA, momentum plans to ensure progress toward overall program goals.
  • Partner with Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain and optimize their social media and original content playbook, brand voice and guidelines.
  • Work within strategic communications and other internal departments to ensure cohesion, create synergies and streamline processes.

Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of PR, social, digital marketing experience in games, tech and/or the entertainment industry.
  • 2 or more years of social media and content marketing focused program oversight.
  • Excellent communications and project management skills.
  • Good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations online.
  • Ability to work with remote/international teams to meet joint goals.
  • Familiar with shooter or MMO games is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the company's core values and vision.
