Valhalla Management is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Community Manager to oversee our affordable housing community located in Winter Park!

This position will be centered around the daily tasks of a property management office that specializes in LIHTC file compliance processing, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and greeting incoming guests
• File, lease, and re-certification processing under LIHTC program guidelines
• Rent collection and monitoring
• Maintaining tenant files
• Processing vendor invoices
• Data entry and analysis
• Property inspections
• Maintenance oversight and issue resolution

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Exemplary communication and customer service skills
• Clear criminal background
• Reliable transportation and clear driving history
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Appfolio experience a plus)
• Self-Motivated, organized, and attentive to details
• Strong time management skills and deadline recognition
• Property Management experience, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a preferred.

Position Details:

• Part-Time, Monday-Friday
• Outstanding benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, PTO
• $18 - $22 hourly, Depending on Experience
