Job Overview::
Takes direction to ensure parking lot testing to community. This position will require that the employee be able work outside and be briefly exposed to outside elements. Must be able to walk quickly, potentially on uneven surfaces.

- Facilitates the collection, processing and transportation of COVID-19 test specimens
- Provides tester with a self-swab kit, instruct as needed, and collect the test kit.
- Follows departmental policies to correctly identify the patient before any specimen is obtained
- Properly labels and documents the specimens and prepare for shipment
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and compassion when interacting with others
- Communicates with, understands, and reacts effectively to a diverse population
- Follows HIPAA and SEARHC privacy requirement for confidentiality
Education

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Fast paced working environment
- Must be able to walk quickly, carry at least 15 pounds, and comfortable working at outside testing locations.
- Verifiable track-record of providing excellent customer service
- Fast and accurate data entry is required
