Applicants must take and pass a typing test with a score of 25 net words per minute, and then take and pass a computer-based skills test which will evaluate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, decision making, data entry (audio), call summarization, cross referencing, prioritization and multitasking. Taking all components of the computer skills test will take approximately one hour. Photo identification, such as a driver’s license, is required and must be presented to take the computer skills test.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we recommend applicants wear a mask or face covering to enter the testing facility, but it is not required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Applicants who pass the computer skills test must successfully pass a background investigation, to include drug testing. Those applicants who successfully complete the background investigation will be administered a psychological evaluation to determine suitability and compatibility to perform the basic job functions.
