Sullivan & Fortner Roofing is a premiere roofing and exterior company based in Lafayette, IN. Our growing team is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Commercial Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate will work extremely well under pressure and will be able to maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with clients no matter what obstacles may get in the way. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and we're looking for someone who is willing to learn, grow and go above and beyond to help develop our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Use blueprints/specs to create commercial roofing proposals and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Must be willing to travel regionally. (Indiana & Illinois.)
  • Inspecting commercial roofs and introducing customers to the products & services we offer.
  • Actively respond and manage company generated leads, maintain accurate records of activities and expenses.
  • The successful applicant will be expected to close deals related to commercial roofing bidding opportunities, manage each project from start to finish, and resolve customer complaints that may arise along the way.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,359.00 - $78,552.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
