What will you do?
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated pricing manager that will apply the defined pricing strategy against project negotiation requests and customer agreement pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to understand business strategy
- Negotiate price proposals and customer specific price agreements
- Understand how technical differentiation impacts price position
- Leverage data and market insights to determine market relevant price for complex solutions
- Develop strategy to drive new logo acquisition and responsible growth
- Garner long term commitments from the end customer
- Coach sales teams through pricing strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or operations, with a focus on solution selling
- Proven track record of delivering business targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Basic financial acumen to understand P&L management
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric processes and systems, or experience with similar complex systems in a large organization
