Job Requirements

Experience is preferred but not required

Dusting high/low

Wiping down desks, counters, sinks, hard surfaces, etc..

Cleaning restrooms

Cleaning kitchens

Emptying garbage

Vacuuming

Mopping

General Cleaning

General Housekeeping Duties

Skills

• Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and cell phone
• Positive reference check
• Completion of training

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 40 pounds. The employee must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing.

Successful candidates will be detail oriented and dedicated to excellence in cleaning and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Cleaning as described above of commercial sites and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards
• Work with minimal supervision
• Assess a client’s business, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize appointment per client’s wishes
• Establish positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect
• Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible
• Report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed
• Comply with proper safety policies and procedures(i.e. when using cleaning supplies, reporting incidents, etc)
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are returned to their proper locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
