Our Commerce Practice is a comprehensive capability managing the intersection of experience, media and marketplaces. It helps clients understand the shopper needs and journey to identify and drive areas of growth, as well as link media to commerce for investment recommendations and management between brands’ direct-to-consumer sites and e-retailers. Publicis Commerce sits within Publicis Groupe’s end-to-end Commerce solution, bringing together technology infrastructure, media, and experience into a single offering.
As an Omni-Channel Commerce media manager, you will join a thriving shopper & commerce media discipline and act as a partner and liaison to all of our Publicis agencies – Starcom, Spark, Zenith, Digitas, Arc, Saatchi X, etc. This position sits at the Publicis Holding Company level and acts as strategic guidance, enablement and support for all of our agencies. The role demands a love of the new, a passion for commerce driving media (both digital and instore) digital trends and technologies, and an understanding of retail shoppers, and the CPG landscape.
While you will no longer need to be “hands on keys” support, working across our key brands, having that knowledge of both retailer platforms and ad tech partners like Pacvue, Skai, Profitero and others will be important.
Deliverables will be writing POV’s, developing partner cheat sheets, one pager comparisons, category playbooks, deep diving into RMN partner capabilities, and staying up on all new RMN capabilities and analyzing new media partners.
- 5+ years at either a commerce team at a media agency, shopper agency, retail media network, client side in house agency or media management ad tech firm.
- You’re both a builder and connector by nature who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You have a knack for developing commerce media strategies and have media execution experience working with key retailers and platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Citrus Ads, Criteo, etc.
- You have expertise in in-store grocery retail, customer and annual business planning, and concise, compelling communication.
- You are solutions-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity and challenging the status quo. You are a strong storyteller.
- You can effectively partner closely and collaborate with distinct levels of internal and external stakeholders and navigate a complex matrix organization.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - 123,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
