KRI-Color, LLC, is a small pigment dispersion company located in Sanford ME seeking a full-time Color Laboratory Technician.

A successful candidate should be meticulous, have excellent organizational & people skills as well as a proven attendance record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize is a must. Must be able to apply critical thinking and work semi-autonomous. Must be able to run projects through to completion on their own. Prior lab setting experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.

An offer of employment is contingent upon passing a physical and drug test (to include marijuana) as well as color blind test . We do NOT accept medical marijuana cards due to the heavy equipment operations.

WORK 36.5 HOURS- GET PAID FOR 40

Summary of Job Duties:

-QC Testing and inspection of materials at various stages of the manufacturing process.

-Compile and evaluate statistical data to maintain quality and reliability of manufactured products.

-Color matching new projects for customers

-Find and test new raw materials.

* Sign-on bonus to be paid as follows: *90 days = $500 *180 days = $1000 * 1 year = $1000 To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be employed with KRI-Color at the time of payout.
