Summary of Position:

DEKRA is currently looking to hire a Collision Program Coordinator. The Collision Program Coordinator will work out of the Herndon, VA office or remotely with expectation of potentially 25% travel to client’s headquarters office in Herndon, VA, and to industry events, and will assist the Client Manager daily. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the ongoing, positive relationship with sponsoring client dealerships and certified collision repair facilities
• Facilitate all communication between the client, enrolled facilities, and sponsoring dealerships
• Manage the enrollment process for new facilities
• Support with the annual facility compliance audit process
• Quality Check results from completed audits
• Track open action items
• Coordinate with centers on gap and audit closures within deadline time frame
• Training, frame inspection reports, missing tooling
• Monthly follow-up on open action items
• Track and communicate compliance deadlines to non-compliant facilities
• Track and monitor information for program activities and update key partners with current program information
• Collaboration with interdepartmental and third-party stakeholders on program initiatives
• Maintain program documentation and work with ad agency on marketing

Required Education & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Business major is a PLUS+
• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a general office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
