A successful Collections Representative will efficiently handle all inbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of the business. We are looking for someone with the ability to use multiple methods of communication, such as phone or email, to engage customers regarding their accounts while attempting to bring the account balance current. You’ll need to have: • Ability to process payments for customers in a timely an efficient manner.
• Ability to follow all established policies and procedures to ensure compliance adherence. • Ability to balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. • Willingness to serve as a resource/subject matter expert that may provide training to fellow team members. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
