Brain Balance Achievement Center of Wexford seeks a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a heart for helping children who struggle. Our unique Brain Balance program deals directly with children who have disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Asperger’s, ODD, Dyslexia and Processing Disorders. Along with running programming, the Program Director will also help to create and modify each child's individual programming, implement assessments for new clients, train and oversee coaching staff, meet monthly with families to discuss progress, and work collaboratively with other leads to insure the center is running smoothly and all families and clients needs are met. Clients who have worked in ABA Therapy or as line therapist , occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language, kinesiology and education are often a great fit for this position, however all interested please apply.

Requirements Skills and Experience

- Experience with children ages 4 - 18
- Degree in a related field is preferred
- Strong communicator who can educate and guide families through our program
- Confident dealing with difficult behaviors
