Job Description Summary

Responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of a multi-axis CNC milling Robot.

Responsibilities

• 
  Performs daily inspection and pre-startup PM
• Ability to read drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
• Load and unload machine in an efficient, productive manner
• Individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly
• Responsible for keeping all tools, dies, machine controls in good, working condition
• Ensure paperwork is filled out completely and accurately
• Clean-up of working area and entire surroundings
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

• 
  Post-Secondary or High school diploma or GED with relative experience
• Experience working with Robotics and /or Automation
• Knowledge of electrical and/or programing preferred. Working knowledge of CAD
• At least 1-year experience and/or training
• Ability to interpret drawings and schematics
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as requested
• Strong mathematic knowledge
