Counter Collective has been supplying solid surface countertops and acrylic based products to the commercial and residential markets since 1993. With a high volume of work and contracts secured through 2022, our small company is rapidly growing and seeking an a CNC operator to join our team.

Eligible candidates should have some proven experiences and documented skills in the following:

• Production and manufacturing
• Warehouse organization and safety
• Mechanical drawing interpretation
• Stationary machinery operation
• Automated machine operation (CNC)
• General hand tool experience
• Understanding of building materials
• Sanding and finishing knowledge
• Residential and/or commercial construction
• Millwork, carpentry, marine technician, etc
• Countertop construction, installation

Additionally, we’ll be seeking candidates who possess the following attributes relevant to the trade:

• Reliable with personal transportation
• strong awareness in a team atmosphere
• Willing to learn/conform to proven processes
• Self motivated and driven to succeed
• Honest, presentable, and respectful
• Ready, willing, able to work while on the clock
• Strong balance of speed and quality
• Understanding of necessary completion
• drug free with no criminal background
