Friendship Village is seeking a PT CNA-AIL

Pay: $18.35-20.10/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday 6am-2:30pm

*REQUIRED: Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.

Summary:

• The Assistance in Living CNA/LNA helps maintain independent living by providing non-nursing assistance to the residents and/or families with personal and environmental issues in their cottage or apartment.

Education & Experience1. High school diploma or GED.2. Minimum one year experience working in the geriatric field preferred.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

1. Compliance with Friendship Village’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy is required for all employees. Please refer to the policy for details. All Friendship Village employees may access the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy via the Human Resources department.2. Able to perform a two-man lift.

3. Able to be on feet 90% of workday.

4. May be exposed to the elements of weather (extreme heat, cold, rain, dust, noise, fumes), unsanitary conditions and a variety of toxic chemicals.

5. Able to reach above shoulder level, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and lift up to 20lbs frequently and up to 50 pounds of material handling and up to 35 pounds of Resident handling.

6. May be exposed to communicable diseases including the HIV and HBV viruses.

7. Must be able to work in an environment that has frequent interruptions.
