Cloud Business Group Program Manager
The Role
The Cloud Business Group at AMD is seeking a Program Manager with a business and customer background. You will work directly with group leadership and sales to drive the overall program and business plan for our largest customers. This includes the business plan, platform readiness, sell-in, and sell-out focused actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive KPIs by customer for each global account
- Own and drive cross functional core teams across the Cloud Business Group, the server product team, and sales
- Track state of the business financials, design in status, sell-in metrics, and sell-out metrics that show the health of the business
- Drive clear reporting metrics into the Server BU SVP and staff, and into the CEO business update meetings
- Track execution progress
- Determine and align schedules with peer groups and internal customers
- Implement change control and issue management processes
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Knowledge of tools of the trade; Office365, issue ticket systems, web-based collaborative tools
- Demonstrate diligence, leadership, and judgment
- Good interpersonal skills
Acedemic Credentials:
Bachelor or Masters degree, PMP Certification is a plus
