Mobile Medical is full-service in-home primary care to the home-bound/home-limited patient population focused on total patient care.
What does a Mobile Medical Clinical Team Support do?
A Mobile Medical Clinical Team Support is responsible for providing administrative functions to assist the clinical team operations.
What are the qualifications for a Mobile Medical Clinical Team Support?
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
- One year of medical office scheduling (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior scheduling experience (Preferred)
What are some of the responsibilities of a Mobile Medical Clinical Team Support?
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Team Support is to effectively schedule and maintain the schedule of the clinicians. Additional responsibilities include:
Performs data entry of various documents including but not limited to processing of referrals, visit schedule, medical supplies, and patient and employee demographics- Maintains staff schedule
- Answers and triage phone calls
- Schedule’s client appointments/visits according to care plans, staff availability and productivity
- Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation and long-term leave.
What shifts are available?
The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
