We're in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our N Eagle Edgewood team as a Clinical Services Director (CSD). We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our staff and facility while helping create a "home-like" ambience.

Our mission includes creating an environment and atmosphere that provides independence, autonomy and the ability to practice at the top of their license.

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

• Current state license of a Registered Nurse license.
• Knowledge of standards of nursing practice and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with LPN and clinical staff.
• Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staff.
• Organized and proficient, accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program.
• Passion and drive for helping others, along will occasional help on the floor.
• Be able to problem solve, think outside of the box and multitask.

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday, semi-flexible weekly schedule

Wage:

• LPN: $31 D.O.E
• RN: $35 D.O.E
