We're seeking a high-volume Clinical Recruiter to join our team! As an early member of our recruiting team, you'll be instrumental in helping us scale our provider network over the next year and beyond. Day-to-day, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of care providing roles including School Psychologist, School Social Workers, Speech-Language Pathologists, and more! Once acclimated, you'll also partner with our talent acquisition leader to develop and roll out recruiting strategies and initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for care provider roles across the U.S.
• Facilitate the provider interview process, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, sending case studies, and collecting feedback from hiring teams
• Facilitate the provider hiring process, including sending offers, processing background checks, and entering new hire information into our database(s)
• Provide best-in-class experiences to all candidates
• Leverage programs such as job boards, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates and build diverse talent pools
• Partner with hiring leaders to identify job requirements and ensure
• Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of talent-related strategies
• Track and regularly report on metrics, including time-to-fill, time in process step, etc.

• Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• A passion for providing bar-raising candidate experiences
