Valley Health is hiring a Clinical Manager for the Family Health Center as a full-time job in Allentown, PA.

The Clinical Manager is responsible managing the nursing and clinical support team members in multiple locations and collaborates with the directors, leaders, and administrators within a Federally Qualified Health Center, (FQHC). Manages clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows, and clinical staff supervision. Oversees clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. Serves as a clinical resource and role model for nursing, clinical support team members, clerical staff, and the practice management team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Master’s Degree from an Accredit School of Nursing, preferred.
• Five years’ recent experience in a clinical setting.
• CACRN Certified Ambulatory Care RN, preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, preferred.
• Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to take initiative and function independently, as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR), word processing (Microsoft Word), PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of best clinical practices.
• Mature emotional intelligence.
• Time management skills.
• Project management skills.
• Registered Nurse State of Pennsylvania
• CPR / BLS upon hire.
