Job Requirements: Education Required (Minimum level Of education): Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Laboratory Science or related field; Certifications/Licenses Required: Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist) License, issue from the State of California (CDPH). Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Preferred: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for completing daily reports and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. The right individual will work well in a fast-paced environment, ensure all employees are operating according to the highest standards and be capable of working with limited supervision. Responsibilities: * Ensure that all laboratory technicians are following protocol and maintaining equipment. * Maintain a schedule using an online calendar. * Check that all staff are doing their jobs properly. * Handle any ethical conflicts that may arise in the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41.59 - $57.57 per hour
