We are hiring a Clinical Director to oversee all aspects of the program, lead the team, and provide therapeutic services to clients.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screens and evaluates individuals to plan and administer therapeutic treatment.
  • Consults external community providers concerning treatment plans and for coordination of care, as required Administers biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Delivers therapeutic services using evidence based, best practice (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interview, Trauma Focused-CBT) approach with individuals, families and groups as determined by their treatment plan.
  • Completes accurate, timely clinical documentation consistent with agency standards, rules and regulations, including diagnosis using the DSM V.
  • Oversees the daily operations and ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures and governmental standards and regulations
  • Provides case consultation, file reviews, treatment plan reviews of counselors and assigned interns
  • Plans, develops, implements, and administers the treatment content in collaboration with leadership
  • Assigns counselors, interns and support staff to program units and cases
  • Designs and implements business strategies to assist the facility to realize business goals; supervises counselors to ensure their adherence to treatment modalities chosen by the center
  • Ensures staff maintenance of accurate and current records for each client according to the facility's procedure
  • Coordinates with oversight agencies to ensure quality of care
  • Provides clinical supervision to the clinical staff
  • Ability to be on-call for clinical emergencies/consultation when absent from facility

ADMINISTRATIVE/FACILITY

  • Establish a team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
  • Administer the overall daily operations, implement company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with contract requirements and all applicable governmental standards and regulations
  • Direct recruitment and retention of the facility team including onboarding and offboarding, coaching, orientation, performance evaluations and educational planning of counseling staff
  • Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts
  • Complete incident investigations and summaries for regulatory agencies, as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory standards and enforce adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies
  • Partner with senior leadership to review financial and non-financial reports to identify trends and opportunities; create innovative solutions, manage the program/facility/salary budget
  • Partner with Business Development team to identify and engage referral sources
  • Engage in community events to further establish relationships and reinforce the Program commitment to the area

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in human services required
  • Current and valid independent clinical New Hampshire license: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC with an Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor (ALPS) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human services, 2 years of which include providing clinical and administrative supervisiorn
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR,finance, etc.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of mental health issues and how they impact recovery.
