Falcons Landing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, talented Clinical Coordinator for our new memory care community, Hillside House. This position will work closely with the Hillside House Administrator.

Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

What you need:

• Must have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Virginia
• Management experience preferred, including hiring, performance management, supervision of daily operations in assisted living, memory care or long-term care.
• Proficient with use of MS office computer programs
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Must be familiar wit Virginia DSS regulations

Hourly

• $30.00 - $32.00
