We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be directly involved with organizing daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, overseeing all clinic support staff and communicating with patients about their appointments. The Clinic Coordinator will communicate with patients and clinic staff to ensure that all scheduling issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments and find available exam rooms.
• Prepare daily schedule for nurses, doctors, and residents.
• Schedule gynecology surgical procedures for patients.
• Prepare reports on patients and their medical conditions to be sent to billing company.
• Work with billing company on behalf of clinic to help clarify patient charges.
• Respond to telephone calls from patients.
• Create and manage files for patients.
• Preform administrative tasks.
