Our Clinic RN reports to the Director of Ancillary Services and supports Edgerton Hospital - Milton Clinic by:

• Performing direct and indirect patient care and coordinates overall delivery of patient care.
• Assisting in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management including maintenance of clinical record/ documentation.
• Performing a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for medical staff.
• Utilizing nursing skills to ensure quality care is provided at all times.
• Providing leadership and direction to the patient care team.
• Triaging patients and makes recommendations for care according to established policies/guidelines.
• Making decisions consistent with clinic/hospital policies and the organization’s mission, vision and values.
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

Required Licensure/Certifications:

• Current and valid Wisconsin RN license to practice
• Current BLS certification
• 1-2 years medical experience in a clinic setting
