Job description
Join our team as a Clinic RN for the Ambulatory PACE program.Provide direct and indirect nursing care at clinic for elderly patients, collect data and evaluate patients, create and execute treatment plans, lead staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM position
Requirements
To be considered you must:
- Be bilingual Spanish/English
- Have 3 years RN experience with 1 year recently with the elderly population
- Be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Have a valid California RN license
