Job Description AFC- Clinic Assistant

We offer the full array of fertility treatments, including insemination or intrauterine insemination (IUI) program (with partner or donor sperm), and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer procedure (FET), and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and have helped hundreds of patients become parents.

Advanced Fertility Care is actively seeking a Clinical Assistant for a full-time job with our center. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday, 7:15-4:30 with a small amount of weekend work (around 4 weekends a year for a few hours). The job is 40 hours a week and also provides paid time off, medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.

This position is based at our Scottsdale office but may require occasional travel to our Mesa and Glendale offices.

As a Clinical Assistant, you will be rooming patients, stocking exam rooms, assisting the physician, teaching patients how to give injections, and be an all-around team player in the back office. Our office is completely electronic. Candidates must be able to accurately type without looking at their hand and previous experience with e-Clinical Works or another electronic medical record system is required.
