FRT is seeking a Client Strategy and Product Analyst to support the Sales and Marketing leadership team in creating strategic business plans, responding to RFPs, and collecting and analyzing data for market and client related projects.

The role will include:

Utilizing written and verbal communication skills to help win new business

• Respond to RFPs, tailoring the firm’s responses to ensure that competitive positioning points are communicated relevantly and effectively within each output
• Create internal/external presentations demonstrating FRT’s strategic advantages in the marketplace

Providing support through analysis

• Collect and analyze data for market & client related projects
• Formulate ways for the business to improve through using data modelling - spotting opportunities, building the future, and delivering effectively

Working with the Sales and Marketing Leadership team to drive sales and client retention

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to create strategic business plans
• Think like a customer, understanding their challenges and priorities, as well as the competition
• Build knowledge of key products to train sales on their value and benefits
• Proactively monitor relevant industry news and the competitive landscape

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the Investment Management industry
• Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions
• Solid judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take a differentiated perspective
• Attention to detail combined with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong writing skills. Ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings.
• Confident communication skills – the role requires regular and effective communication with our internal stakeholders
• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a global team
• Strong technical skills; mastery of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Boston preferred. London also a possibility.
