QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Television Production, Communications, and/or related area of study.

Two years' experience in sports partnerships, international media, production and/or related field.

International experience and/or a second language are preferred.

Experience with dashboards (Quicksight, Tableau, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-
Complete weekly distribution reports for all PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions and Korn Ferry Tour events, ensuring broadcast obligations are fulfilled and providing coverage insights to key internal teams.

Maintain all broadcaster rights summaries ensuring LIVE and Ancillary Programming is properly delivered based on each broadcaster’s licensed rights.

Coordinate with Corporate Partnerships to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled via international broadcast partners.

Liaise with Marketing to support international initiatives and broadcaster marketing efforts.

Support account managers and partner needs, globally, as requested.

Support the Senior Director, International Media as directed.

Coordinate and support the International Content team at PGA TOUR Entertainment to ensure partner production needs are met, including content requests and weekend/on-call support.

Coordinate transmission needs with external vendor to ensure feed delivery and reconcile billing hours, as needed.

Maintain delivery and programming schedules and communicate updates to partners along with other critical information needed to successfully broadcast PGA TOUR events, as needed.

Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime, nights, weekends and holidays.

Provide reporting and analytical support as required to the Research & Data Analytics team.

Special projects or other duties as assigned.
