Veterinary Surgical Centers (VSC), a progressive, multi-location small animal surgery and rehabilitation practice in Northern Virginia, is seeking an experienced
Client Service Representative (CSR) Supervisor to join its growing team. This will be a full-time position that will work out of our Vienna and Leesburg locations, as well as our brand-new Gaithersburg, MD location opening Summer 2023.
The CSR Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, supervision and oversight to the existing Client Services team. The Supervisor will be responsible for creating a culture focused on high quality client care across all interactions regarding client services and care, ranging from one-on-one communications with external and internal clients, staff and referring clinics and specialty practices.
The Supervisor will be responsible for training staff and serving as the point of contact with other staff member and clinicians. The Supervisor is considered an expert in handling patient information, providing specific customer services which may include patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, relaying information, transferring calls and more.
The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills written and verbal, excellent organizational and problem solving skills, be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both as part of team and independently.
(Individuals with some veterinary or animal care experience preferred.)
This position requires the ability to travel and work out of Leesburg, VA; Vienna, VA; and Gaithersburg, MD locations, and the full-time schedule will include five 8-hour days per week. We can accommodate your schedule for flexibility!
