Responsibilities for Client Scheduler

• Works with sales on any situations that farl outside of the standard scope
• Works with other project managers and specialists to ensure timely and accurate delivery of standard and custom scoped objectives
• Evaluate and report on cross-selling marketing results
• Oversee the management and effective use of an integrated client employee database
• Seek opportunities to enhance strategic product positioning as a result of research and bench-marking
• Participate in the development of effective lead generation campaigns to reach appropriate audiences
• Provide project management and project reporting for efforts led by Client Engagement
• Establish and cultivate a solid working relationship with clients – building relationships with clients from IT engineering staff up to “C” level executives
• Own and manage client satisfaction and loyalty with your clients
• Provide key input into planning and deployment, management, and execution of promotional operations graphic support

Qualifications for Hospitality Guest Services

• Excellent written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation, review and edit requirements documents, and communicate with project team and client team via e-mail in professional and effective manner
• Experience facilitating meetings with external clients internal cross functional teams
• Must be a degree holder of any 4-year business or marketing-related course
• High school diploma with evidence of strong performance in sales, customer service and operations
• 10+ years in program/project leadership and/or supply chain executive leadership position
