Role:

We are looking for a Client Partner to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to understand customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.


Responsibility

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to grow business
  • Understand Atlas offerings, to be able to knowledgeably talk to clients and understand client needs
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate for client interviews with marketing; Obtain referral from clients to get new logos
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams; Keep communication channel open, to learn about delivery issues and alert delivery teams to mitigate issues
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Partner in an IT Services sales organization
  • Proficiency with MS office (especially MS PowerPoint) and be able to independently prepare presentations and proposals
  • Ability to understand, comprehend client needs and handle sales meetings, and prepare supporting presentations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about client success
