Job description

Modea is seeking a Client Development Coordinator to help expand and maintain existing client relationships. Primary duties will include data and document management, client and market research, business development document creation, and providing administrative support to the client development function. This position will improve our client development processes and assist with thought leadership development to strengthen Modea’s positioning and reputation with our clients.

Here are a few specific things we’d be looking for you to do:

  • Meet regularly with Project Managers and other consultants to gather information to support ongoing business development conversations, including coordinating meetings between internal stakeholders and updating client records and sales tools.
  • Manage Modea’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool for existing clients, ensuring data entries are up-to-date and aligned to Modea’s ongoing marketing tactics.
  • Provide guidance on “best-in-class” client data and improve the management of data within our CRM (we use Pipedrive).
  • Manage the repository of files related to existing client development. Improve Modea’s file management system, document processes to drive adherance across the Growth team, and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of files including signed and expired contracts, Master Service Agreements, and sales materials.
  • Own Master Service Agreement renewals for existing clients, including improving tracking system, flagging expiring MSAs, and managing MSA revisions and renewals.
  • Support business development activities including contract writing, consolidating artifacts from past Modea engagements, and developing presentation materials (typically in Google Slides).
  • Become intimately familiar with the services we offer, and ways in which they can help our clients. Collaborate with the Client Development Director to identify new opportunities in client organizations.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of virtual client roundtables to bring together contacts from similar organizations facing similar challenges.
  • Client Development executes digital maturity surveys to provide a benchmarking analysis into health systems’ digital capabilities and digital organization. Support the coding of these surveys, the analysis of results, and the presentation development to share results with clients and prospects.
  • Support development of new thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and published proprietary research.
  • Manage contractors across content development and design, submit ideas for new content, and partner with Modea’s marketing team on the dissemination of new content.
  • Support efforts to share thought leadership content with the appropriate clients (to support reputation and relationship development).
  • Partner with Modea’s marketing team to ensure potential contacts at client organizations that interact with Modea through campaigns, the website, or elsewhere are appropriately engaged.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on digital health trends and foster client relationships.
  • Support other client development activities as necessary.
