Qualifications:
- This person must be willing and enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be open to being involved in all aspects of business
- High school education or equivalent
- Advanced customer service skills
- Work closely with a team of Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives, and the parts team
- Organized
- Geographical knowledge of service area as well as map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry helpful
- Computer skills including: Google Suite, Servicetitan is a plus!
- Verbal and Written Communication skills a must Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the service techs schedules
- Maintain our customer database with current information
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, team members and company customers
- Take incoming customer calls
- Coordinate upcoming service calls for accuracy
- Dispatch Service and Install Technicians, one call at a time
- Debrief Service Technicians before and after the completion of each call
- Maintain customer history files in database
- Other duties as assigned
This office position is full-time and typically works 8:30am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
