Primary Responsibilities

This is a salary position, with quarterly bonuses: Responsibilities as followed:

  • Ensures that clients and their families are satisfied with All Best Home Care services.
  • Completes initial Intake, assessments, reassessments, visits all clients monthly to assess the quality of services as well as client and family satisfaction.
  • Spends approximately 2-3 days out of the office for assessments, outreach, and managing client visits in the hospital, rehabs, facilities, etc.
  • Adapts the client care plans as needed in clear care.
  • Communicates with the scheduler if caregivers need to be changed.
  • Overall management of the caregivers.
  • Conduct monthly site checks of each caregiver to ensure care plans are being implemented correctly, policies and procedures are adhered to, and all job duties are performed in a manner that is satisfactory.
  • Outreach, social media, website updates, running ads accordingly.
  • Takes service inquiry calls and follows up with leads and enters Clear Care
  • Represents All Best Home Care at networking events and contributes to the marketing face of the company.
  • Identify all local centers such as (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living w/rehab or respite care, doctors’ offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources.
  • Visit and arrange meetings with people responsible for or in a position to refer clients, this includes private, public, and non-profit organizations.
  • Attending conferences, and networking events representing All Best Home Care services.
  • Develop sales opportunities, promoting a positive image of All Best Home Care in the community and professional organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous industry experience Preferred.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport with people, and follow-up skills with prospects, clients, and client families.
  • Creative, innovative, and problem-solving abilities necessary
  • Minimum of one year experience managing clients
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook required.
