Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Print, copy, assemble reports, proposals, and administrative requests; Binding;
Handle large black and white format; tabs, clip, staple, 3 hole punch, 2 sided copy and laminate.
Digital work (scan to file, burn to CD, typesetting).
Assist with marketing submittal/ mail preparation;
Process and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, federal express and faxes;
Inventory and order office supplies for the office;
Maintain, trouble-shoot, copiers, printers and mail machines, communication with vendors as needed.
Cover front reception area as needed.
Assist with various clerical tasks, data entry.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent,

3-5 years’ experience in office setting a plus.

Possess the following skills: mathematical, organization, detail oriented, and basic computer input/access/retrieval.

Must be able to set priorities, be self-motivated, and punctual.

Must have strong communication skills.

Driver’s License.

Technical Requirements:
Microsoft PC applications; WORD, EXCEL
