The following position is available for the 2023-2024 school year.
CLASSIFICATION: Clerical II
LOCATION: Valley Forge ES
SALARY RANGE: $18.28 - $24.30 Per Hour
LENGTH OF WORK DAY: 8 Hours Per Day
LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 212 Working Days
DATE OF POSTING: April 27, 2023
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive, courteous, public relations skills
- Telephone/reception skills
- Must have excellent multi-task and organizational skills
- General clerical skills
- Knowledge of MVECA DASL System, registration, scheduling and attendance skills preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of Google Workspace applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, with parents, staff and students
- Ability and willingness to prepare, maintain, file, and compile reports from student records
- Positive interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible
- Accept and be Project Manager for tasks assigned by Principal
