WinnCompanies is looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Fort Campbell, KY. In this role, you will ensure all cleaning functions are in accordance with company standards. You will help ensure that the appearance and the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Perform each cleaning function in accordance with the property's prescribed daily schedule
- Responsible for such scheduled functions as cleaning windows, walls, floors, stairwells, and carpets; emptying trash cans; sweeping sidewalks; setting up hoses, raking lawns and flower beds, planting flowers, and installing mulch
- Perform other projects as assigned daily by the Director of Maintenance such as cleaning vacant homes
- Responsible for carrying all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform his/her routine functions
- Complete work quickly and efficiently in order to expedite COM completion time (when assigned to COM cleaning)
- Lift and move items as determined by the Director of Maintenance or other personnel
- Represent the property in a professional manner with residents, visitors, and other employees
- Wear the prescribed company attire and identification at all times during working hours
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to understand spoken and written English in order to follow basic instructions and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English with clients, visitors and organization staff in response to routine questions
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner
