SM Cleaning Solutions is a professional cleaning company for vacation rentals. We partner with hosts and management companies as their primary cleaners/ assistant managers.
This position requires you to be our primary cleaner/ assistant manager for our vacation rental in Chattanooga TN.
Cleaning hours are 11AM-4PM and can be any day in the week
$120 per clean (slightly negotiable)
$25 per hour for miscellaneous tasks
Responsibilities:
- keypad/ lockbox installation
- security camera installation (ring camera)
- alarm system installation
- clean the unit after every guest check-out
- track guest supplies and notify us when we need to order more
- notify us if items are damaged/missing
- complete mandatory checklist and upload mandatory photos before and after every cleaning
- check up on property
- mailing address to receive guest supplies
Requirements
- 1 year or more in vacation rental cleaning experience
- management experience
- reliable form of transportation (car preferred)
- smart phone
- Turno (TurnoverBnB) cleaner app/ account
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $125.00 per day
