As an essential business, we are stable and poised for growth! Right now, we are hiring Class A CDL Drivers at our Charlottesville, Virginia facility.

* Don't have a lot of experience as a Class A CDL driver yet? That's okay! We are willing to train you! *The starting annual pay for our Class A CDL Driver is $60K+!

A TYPICAL WEEK FOR OUR CLASS A CDL DRIVERS:

• Confidently present a professional attitude and appearance while acting as the face of our organization; all the while establishing long-lasting, business relationships
• Safety is your second nature as you travel through your assigned route in an accurate and efficient manner; always being mindful of the road conditions and weather
• Proudly deliver our awesome products to our customer locations, unloading the pallets and confirming product accuracy.
• Professionally invoice the customers for sales and securely collect the payment
• Partner closely with our Warehouse and Sales Teams
• Uphold confidentiality of our pricing, your customer locations and other sensitive information
• Convey pertinent information about the retailer situations to the Leadership Team in an effort to enhance our customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom
• Adhere to Pepsi policies, standards and procedures

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license
• Valid Class A CDL is required as well as a current DOT physical card
• With proper training and equipment, safely and regularly maneuver up to 100 pounds
• Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
