We are seeking a FT or PT, in-person clinician to join our group practice! Hybrid options are available, however, preference is primarily for in-person sessions. This position requires that you are able and interested in working with school-age children and adolescents.

This is an excellent position for someone who desires to transition into private or group practice work. We provide trainings that assist you to aquire the skills you need to be successful as an independent clinician, working with insurance companies, and managing the administrative side of clinical work.

We are a female-owned and operated group practice that can help you get paid well for what you do and manage a flexible schedule. This is a W2 position with competitive rates and full benefits for FT hours (28+ billed sessions per week minimum).

We have three physical locations (Wakefield, Georgetown and Tyngsboro, MA) and have expanded into the remote job market! We have in-office and hybrid office/remote positions available.

Our team provides excellent mental health services which include expressive therapy, art therapy, somatic therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, as well as traditional talk therapy. We encourage clinical growth through continuing education and peer support.

Bonus: We support Expressive Therapists to provide the type of therapy they studied and worked hard to be able to provide. We also provide supervision from an ATR certified supervisor.

General Responsibilities and Duties:

  • maintain agreed upon caseload productivity numbers
  • ability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • ability to participate in occasional administrative meetings, and biweekly clinical consults (remote)
  • proficiency with completing intakes, treatment care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • proficiency in providing DSM 5 diagnosis and assessing for appropriate treatment strategies
  • comfort with learning and utilizing electronic records, computer programs and administrative systems
  • ability to engage in effective case collaboration with collaterals
  • ability to carry a caseload that includes clients ages 7 to 17 (ability to work with younger children ages 4-6 is not required, but very helpful)
  • comfortable working without direct supervision (onboarding includes initial training)
  • strong organizational/self-management skills, strong communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other relevant mental health related discipline
  • Valid and in good standing Massachusetts or New Hampshire license: LCMHC, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC-1 or equivalent
  • Previous experience facilitating individual outpatient therapy (minimum of 2 years working with children or teens is preferred, but not required)
