Summary

Enrichment Federal Credit Union (EFCU) is searching for an experienced finance executive to join their team in the role of Chief Lending Officer. This position will oversee all lending operations of the Credit Union including consumer, mortgage, and business lending departments. This executive will be responsible for all lending strategies and growth of the overall loan portfolio.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Provide functional oversight, leadership, and strategic guidance to the lending function of the Credit Union. This includes, but is not limited to:

· Developing Strategic Plan for entire lending function

· Work with other members of the Executive team on the Credit Union’s overall Strategic Plan

· Work with internal and external auditors

· Ensure compliance with all lending regulations

· Supervise Director of Consumer Lending, Mortgage Manager, and Business Lending Manager.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required. MBA or equivalent work experience is preferred. Thorough understanding of risk management, credit administration, loan production and servicing is needed. Must have 8-10 years of lending experience in the credit union or banking industry with increasing responsibilities for direction and planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
