Experienced Italian Sous Chef Needed!

Terra Mia Brick Oven Pizza & Trattoria, located in Lake Mary, FL, is a modern Italian restaurant where food & hospitality become one. We offer both simple and sophisticated Italian cuisine, exquisitely prepared by...maybe you!

Job Expectations

• Prepare a variety of authentic Italian cuisine, following our recipes for consistently high-quality meals.
• Be familiar with and adhere to standard cooking methods, quality standards, and best kitchen practices.
• Garnish and plate meals, to ensure an impressive and appealing presentation.
• Comply with sanitization and food handling standards and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

You Should:

If you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a great attitude to the table, you’ll fit right in! Other important qualifications you must possess include:

• Have 3+ years of experience working as a high level cook/chef in an Italian restaurant (required!)
• Be able to stand for somewhat extended periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs if need be.
